Virtual Gurus is a marketplace of talented Canadian and American virtual assistants. Many people struggle to find work because of who they are; they don’t believe in themselves, they are transitioning genders, have disabilities, or live in remote communities. Virtual Gurus is serving the underserved and setting them up for success through reskilling, and providing work experience so they can be their own boss.

CDOCs allow us to onboard private capital to fully support upfront cost; put solutions in the hands of Indigenous communities; build out Indigenous social enterprises; and engage governments to pay for success.
  • Targeted Indigenous deal pipeline
  • Average deal size of $2-7M spread across 6-8 investments
  • Opportunity to re-invest Vintage I principal into Vintage 2 fund.
  • A blended finance structure where majority carried interest is reinvested into the Raven Indigenous Impact Foundation in order to support implementation in the form of ongoing community and partners relations.
